onion chutney
ingeredients:
onion 2 (sliced)
red chilli 2
ground nut 2 tea spoon
musturd seeds 1tea spoon
urad dal 1 tea spoon
asafodida 1/2 tea spoon
curry leaves 4-5
small ball (2gram)of tamarind
salt as u needed
Preparation:
Heat 1 tablespoon oil and fry all ingeredients one by one except salt.let it to cool. grind it as a thick paste.if u lik u can top up with fried musturd seeds,urad dal, and curry leaves or uyou can eat as it is..Enjoy this onion chutney with idli, dosa, puri,chappathi and even dahi rice.
